Job Details

Role: Senior HR & Admin Professional

Working Location: Tuas Crescent MRT

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 08:30 am to 05:30 pm

Salary: $2,700.00 to $3,200.00



Responsibilities

Staffing

  • Work with hiring managers on manpower requests and ensure timely filing of vacancies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including candidate screening, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Administer MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and other related matters.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employees' p-file in SharePoint.
  • Monitor staff attendance and provide daily attendance reports to HQ HR.
  • Coordinate annual medical check exercises for operational staff.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and assist in updating HR policies & procedures.

Employee Relation

  • Plan and organize employee engagement programs and activities to improve employee relations.

Office Administration

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry beverages.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service contractors for administrative needs.
  • Sourcing and purchasing of office supplies as needed.
  • Issuance of staff uniforms and monitor replenishment of stock.
  • Coordinate weekly laundry service for soiled jumpsuits and ESD shoes & booties.

Other Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Basic Certificate in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar job scope.
  • Basic knowledge of the Employment Act and MOM regulations.
