Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to support Senior HR Manager & Business units in all HR related matters and services. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience in human resources management, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sector.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Oversee employee relations
  • Support Development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Processing of payroll accurately
  • Manage and maintain employee records and HR systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Handle employee benefits administration and ensure employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Executive in the Construction / Manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
  • More experienced candidate can be considered for a more senior role.
