Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and employee satisfaction.
- Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and performance management exercises.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR or a related role, preferably in a senior or managerial position.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks effectively and build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex HR issues and improve processes.
