Job SummaryThe Senior HR Executive - Recruitment and Payroll is a key role in our organization, requiring a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a member of our HR team, you will contribute to the overall success of our business by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source high-quality candidates for various positions, including job postings, social media advertising, and employee referrals.
- Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, professional networks, and campus hiring programs, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the new hire process, including orientation, training, and benefits enrollment.
- Payroll Processing: Manage payroll processing, including data entry, salary administration, and statutory payments.
- Salary Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries, bonuses, and other benefits to employees.
- Diploma in HR Management or relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and/or payroll processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other HR software
We offer a competitive salary range of $3,200 - $3,500 per month, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
