to oversee HR operations across Southeast Asia and collaborate closely with business leaders to achieve organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders across Southeast Asia, aligning people strategies with regional and global business goals.
Drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning, to build a strong talent pipeline for the region.
Lead employee engagement and cultural transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and goals.
Partner with stakeholders to address complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies.
Leverage data-driven insights to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and influence decision-making on people-related matters.
Collaborate with global HR teams to roll out regional and global HR programs, ensuring effective implementation tailored to local markets.
Support business leaders in managing organizational change, including mergers, acquisitions, or scaling operations.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
Holds a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Has 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR business partner role, ideally within a fast-paced global organization.
Possesses strong regional experience, with a deep understanding of the cultural nuances, employment laws, and HR practices across Southeast Asia.
Demonstrates exceptional business acumen and the ability to align HR strategies with the organization’s commercial objectives.
Is an influential communicator, capable of building strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across diverse markets.
Has experience in data analytics and reporting to measure the impact of HR initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
