A market leading fintech organisation is currently recruiting for Senior HR Executive to support the HR & TA Manager in Singapore due to growth. About the Job As the Senior HR Executive, you will support the TA & HR Manager to recruit, retain and develop employees. Your responsibilities will include: Facilitate the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process. Advise managers on HR policies and procedures and offer suggestions to improve HR processes and procedures. Work with HQ to implement an employee engagement survey and support on projects to improve engagement. Assist in developing and implementing onboarding programs to ensure new employees feel welcomed and are set up for success. Manage the HR Onboarding process to ensure compliance with HR standards and apply for work visas where necessary. Maintain the HRIS System, ensuring employee records are accurate. Liaise with the HQ and outsourced payroll provider. The Team Reporting to the TA & HR Manager. Skills and Experience To be a successful candidate for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field along with at least 4+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced international environment. Prior experience in a Senior HR Executive position, particularly within the Financial Services or a start-up, is highly desirable.
