HR and Admin Coordinator

As a key member of the ISLAND LANDSCAPE AND NURSERY PTE LIMITED team, the HR and Admin Executive will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR and Admin department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the HR and Admin department, providing administrative support to the team.
- Liaise with recruitment agents to arrange candidate interviews and manage the recruitment process.
- Handle foreign workers' matters, including work permit applications, renewals, and employee repatriation.
- Record and manage staff medical reimbursement claims.
- Handle staff Health and Safety (H&S) and Workers' Compensation claims.
- Work with freight forwarders to coordinate import documentation, customs clearance, and delivery of goods.
- Be responsible for office equipment, staff uniforms, pantry refreshments, and stationery.
- Manage company vehicles, including inspection, road tax renewal, and insurance.
- Organize staff birthday celebrations, annual dinner, Christmas, and Chinese New Year celebrations.
- Handle phone calls and incoming emails, providing general administrative support to the team.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 'O' level qualification, preferably with a Certificate in Human Resource Management.
- Good knowledge of Employment Agency (EA) regulations.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Pleasant and positive personality with a willingness to learn.
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
