Job Summary:

This temporary role offers the opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients. As a Medical Claims Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the processing, verification, and submission of medical claims for employees.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the processing, verification, and submission of medical claims for employees.
  • Handle enquiries related to claims and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Claims Team.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related field.
  • Prior experience in claims processing, administrative support, or healthcare operations is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers and documents accurately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
