Assistant HR Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform full HR spectrum in Singapore, including recruitment/internship, onboarding and offboarding, L&D, payroll, employee relations, performance management in compliance with SG labour laws and other relevant laws.
- Assist Group HR Manager in HR policy development and ensure compliance in HR policies and practices in Singapore office.
- Work with MY Assistant HR Manager to fulfil all candidate sourcing and onboarding requests for SG and MY executives and workers.
- Work with SG HR & Admin Team to implement the new HRIS for Group HR (SG and MY).
- Support internal audits and regulatory compliance tasks.
- Promote a unified company culture that aligns with the group's values and mission, working closely to ensure consistency in employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor Degree with prior HR experience in SG, with strong knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws and Regulations.
- Diplomatic and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff including Bluecollar.
- Highly proficient in M365, SharePoint and HRIS
