HR Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of the recruitment lifecycle including exploring/developing funnels for Recruitment/TA process
- Job posting, candidate sourcing and conducting interview
- Explore and examine potential recruitment channels for effective hiring & handle job posting
- Work pass full cycle application, renewal, cancellation and other related matters
- Assist in preparation of salary proposal for selected candidates
- Conduct employee induction, ie. onboarding/offboarding and Orientation
- Preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, etc.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions (JD) and create a JD library
- Ensure all employee records in up to-date and timely manner
- Provide assistance in training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge in payroll is a plus but not compulsory
- Strong in HR operations/transactional activities
- Able to cope in a dynamic work environment
