Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales and Business Growth Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the B2B sector across Southeast Asia.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence in the region, including Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a regional capacity.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the Southeast Asian market and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work independently and take initiative.
