Regional Sales and Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales and Business Growth Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth in the B2B sector across Southeast Asia.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence in the region, including Cambodia, Laos, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in a regional capacity.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong knowledge of the Southeast Asian market and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- The ability to work independently and take initiative.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement planning, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
