About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing strong strategic partnerships with distributors and dealers, positioning our products as the first choice of purchase for our end-users. You will build strong relationships with decision-makers within key accounts by building trust and creating win-win long-term partnerships. Your key objectives include measuring current sales within channel partners, developing action plans to increase sales revenue, and managing the allocation of resources to support our ambitious growth plan for the SE Asia & APAC region.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business proposals, including contact lists, competitive analysis, value propositions, and action plans.
  • Manage challenging contract and pricing negotiations with customers.
  • Provide input for the annual operating plan (AOP) and the long-term business plan (LTBP).
  • Lead product forecasting projections using data-driven insights.
Requirements
  • A university degree in business administration, marketing, or engineering.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of customer-facing outside sales experience.
  • Experience in managing and growing sales through sales channels, including distributors and dealers.
  • Competent analytical skills in data management and CRM software.
