GAIN EMPLOYMENT SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Office Administrator Assistant to join our team.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for manning the General Office counter, attending to queries from students, parents or members of the public, and assisting in general administrative and student-related duties.

Responsibilities
  • Manning of General Office counter;
  • Attend to queries from students, parents or members of public (phonecalls & walk ins)
  • Assist in general administrative and student related duties
  • Follow up with absentees
  • Checking of documents for Financial Assistance application
  • Inform parents on Financial Assistance outcome
  • Guide staff for incident report
  • Preparing early dismissal slip for unwell students
  • Updating of daily student attendance
  • Assist in records management (incident report and late list)
  • Assist in other office or admin duties assigned

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess at least 1 year of working experience as a receptionist or doing admin in a secondary school environment. Additionally, you should have GCE 'N' level certification, be able to communicate and write well in English and at least one other language, and possess good communication skills and be able to work independently as well as a team player. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel is also essential.

What We Offer
