Job Summary

We are seeking an Office Administrator Assistant to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. As an Office Administrator Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including stationery inventory and reception counter duties.

About You

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently. You should also possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and be proficient in data entry and inventory management. Additionally, you should be able to plan and arrange office rooms for visiting staff and assist in logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the stationery inventory and ensure it is adequately stocked.
  • Issue stationery to staff and students as needed.
  • Handle reception counter duties, including greeting visitors and responding to inquiries.
  • Prepare meeting rooms ready for meetings and events.
  • Assist in logistical tasks, such as printing and event planning.
  • Plan and arrange office rooms for visiting staff and other academic staff.

Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in data entry and inventory management.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Boon Lay, Singapore. The salary range for this role is SGD 35,000 - SGD 45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
