Job Purpose
  • Collaborate withglobal CoE in development of global framework and programs tostrengthen performance culture and develop talents to meet theorganization's business needs. Ensure deployment of the globalframework and programs at a regional level.
  • Drive and support HR teams for the regional execution ofTalent Management Processes including performancemanagement.
  • Align the global talent managementinitiatives to region specific needs and Implement TalentManagement approaches and solutions to address unique needs of theregion, in collaboration with various stakeholders to ensurealignment with organizational goals and localspecificities.
Accountabilities andResponsibilities
  • Talent Roadmap -Partner with Regional HR leaders and key stakeholders to understandorganizational talent priorities in the region, develop and executea roadmap to address gaps and challenges
  • Collaboration - with global CoE and Regional L&D andTA - Provide voice of region, make recommendations and collaboratewith global CoE on global processes, programs and initiatives toensure they are relevant and meet the needs of the region. Partnerwith regional L&D and TA to drive talent programs andinitiatives.
  • Performance Management -Facilitate the Performance culture in Asia by deploying thePerformance Management processes including Return to Performanceprocess, aligning with global CoE and key stakeholders. Ensureexecution of Performance management cycle and support managers'capability development to manage performance, including settingquality OKRs, quality IDPs, Return to Performance and feedbacktraining.
  • Talent Review and SuccessionPlanning Processes - Drive and support Talent Review cycle(identification, discussion and development of talents) in regionaccording to corporate guidelines, design
  • Talent Development - Implement Corporate TalentDevelopment programs for key talent (high potentials and employeesin critical roles) and develop regional development programs inalignment with global L&D CoE and Region L&D.
  • Roll out supporting assessment and developmenttools.
  • Talent Mobility - Facilitatecross-fertilization of talents by setting up regional internalmobility committee collaborating with regional TA to identifyopportunities for talent mobility.
  • Deployregional process to complement as needed
  • Technical Staff - Foster community and sharing amongstLocal Technical Advisory Committees (LTACs) in the region tosupport recognition and development of technical staff
  • Performance Measurement - Monitor performance and talentmanagement KPIs within the region to measure the effectiveness ofprocesses, diagnose underlying causes of key business issues andidentify opportunities to enhance processes
  • CoE Leadership - Provide TM CoE leadership, direction,guidance and support the development of country/site TM and PMleads
Experience Requirements
  • 10 years HR experience, withprevious experience in talent review and succession planning,ideally in semiconductor or globally operating technology company,in Asia markets
  • Deep expertise in talentassessment approach (i.e., framework and methodology to assesspotential and performance)
  • Strong knowledge ofdifferent performance management systems (e.g., Oracle knowledgeand experience beneficial) and link it to all other HRprograms
  • Experience in building andmaintaining relationships with key stakeholders at alllevels
  • Experience in leading and motivatingteams
