**Responsibility**
- Oversees the HR functions in Singapore and Asia regions, including compensation & benefits, performance management, corporate culture & organizational development, policy implementation, employee engagement and talent management & development.
- Provide strong execution support to all HR functions, HR Technology, Compensation and Benefits and Employee Training.
- Establish and implement end-to-end Regional HR Operational strategies to meet the people and company objectives.
- Lead the HR Operational team within the region to ensure quality, compliant, customer centric and cost-effective services.
- Ensure all HR processes and policies are executed in alignment in the region.
- Lead the payroll team in delivering world class payroll services as well as attending to payroll relevant enquiries.
- Ensure HR compliance matters and stay up to date on regulations in every country within the region.
- Pro-actively engage internal customers to build strong and collaborative business partnerships and relationships.
- Act as a strategic business partner in identification of needs, opportunities and solutions relating to HR programs and initiatives to achieve the current and future business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8-10 years of work experience (with at least 5 years in managerial role) in business partnering relating to HR interventions within the APAC region.
- Experience into regional payroll specifically in Asia region.
- Strong recruitment experience in an organization handling at least 1000 employees across asia
- Exposure and demonstrated success in supporting sales and go to markets teams in the scaling up the organization is a plus.
- Knowledge and understanding of local employment law and regulations within the Asia Pacific region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
