Job Summary
- Promote establishment of GMP QA Office in Daiichi Sankyo Singapore Pte. Ltd. and settlement of QA management governance, and support QA management in newly established subsidiaries such as Daiichi Sankyo Australia Pty. Ltd.
- Promote QMS management in GMP area in Asia region as Head of GMP QA Asia
- Promote establishment of GMP QA Office in DSSG and settlement of QA management governance including recruitment of new QA staff in DSSG
- Support QA management in newly established subsidiaries such as Daiichi Sankyo Australia Pty. Ltd.
- Promote QMS management in GMP area in Asia region as Head of GMP QA Asia and strengthen regional GMP QA activities
- Enhance recruitment of new QA staff in DSCN and establish new governance structure in GMP QA Asia
- Report QA management matters to Head of Global GMP in a timely manner and collaborate with GMP QA Heads in other regions

Responsibilities (Major Accountabilities)
- Establishment of GMP QA governance in DSSG
- Quality Assurance activity management in DSSG
- Quality Assurance activity management in Asia region as part of Global GMP QA
- Quality Report to DSSG Head and Head of Global GMP QA
- Foster Quality Culture
- Establish MTS of GMP QA organization and activities for GMP QA Asia region

Qualifications (Education/Experience)
- Bachelor degree or above in Pharmaceutical or related science categories
- 5 years’ GMP-QA Management experiences
- QMS Management experiences
- Good English, Chinese and/or Japanese skill
- Bio knowledge preferred (to prepare for further ADC)
- DS-Product knowledge preferred
