Job Description:
Our client is a high-growth financial technology company redefining the way people and businesses access and manage financial services. With innovation and agility at its core, the company is rapidly expanding across the Asia-Pacific region and is currently seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale hiring operations across multiple markets. The Head of Regional Talent Acquisition (APAC) will be responsible for building and executing the regional recruitment strategy to attract top talent across product, engineering, operations, and corporate functions. This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, team management, and deep market understanding—along with the ability to travel extensively across the region (approx. 40% of the time).

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Execution- Design and implement a scalable and localized talent acquisition strategy for APAC in line with global objectives.
- Lead hiring for both tech and business roles, including senior leadership positions across key markets.
- Partner with regional and country leadership to forecast workforce needs and develop proactive talent pipelines.
- Manage and mentor a regional team of recruiters, coordinators, and TA specialists across multiple countries.
- Oversee and optimize relationships with external recruitment agencies, RPOs, and other talent partners.
- Elevate the company's employer brand across APAC through campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process—from outreach to onboarding.
- Use data and analytics to track key hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring processes.
- Report regularly to leadership on recruitment performance, market trends, and headcount progress.
- Travel across APAC (~40%) to meet with local teams, attend industry events, and drive in-market hiring activities.
- Gain on-ground insights into talent availability, competitive benchmarks, and local hiring practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- At least 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 3+ years in a regional or multi-country leadership role.
- Proven success hiring in high-growth tech or fintech environments across diverse APAC markets.
- Strong understanding of local talent markets, labor laws, and cultural nuances across Asia.
- Demonstrated ability to work in agile, fast-paced settings with changing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% regionally.
