About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Regional TA Leader to join our Global Search team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving our talent acquisition strategy and execution across the Asia-Pacific region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional hiring strategies to support business expansion across APAC markets.
  • Lead recruitment efforts for both corporate and commercial functions, from mid-level to executive roles.
  • Leverage market intelligence and data-driven insights to guide hiring decisions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of APAC talent markets, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record in scaling recruitment functions and leading TA teams across multiple countries.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. Experience in high-growth or matrixed organizations is preferred.
