Job summary
This is an opportunity for an Operations Project Coordinator to join the AWS APJC recruiting organization driving great vendor partnership, recruiter experience and executing initiatives that will help achieve the APJC hiring goals. You will partner with sourcers, recruiters and regional counterparts to manage end to end delivery of vendor management, updating of resources, and operational support on regional project management.

As a Project Coordinator, you will be the primary interface between internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will also collaborate with internal teams and recruiting services to identify, define, and manage programs and initiatives that impact the hiring process. You will build collaborative relationships with these partners, working closely to identify and resolve issues and create effective venues for quality collaboration. You will experience a wide range of problem solving situations and will prepare and execute regular program updates to senior management.

Key job responsibilities
- Responsible for Agency/Vendor Management, On-boarding & Payments
- Oversee and manage daily operations for APJC vendors (perm & temp agencies, job board, employer branding vendors, events vendor, sourcing tool license). Manage contracts and work orders, PO coordination, creation of Payee central accounts and icims access. Provides monthly reports in addressing agency utilization.
- Implementation Support on transitions to Recruiting Services teams. Partner with recruiting teams and stakeholders at all levels to implement solutions regarding vendor management to help improve recruiting challenges and build mechanisms that fit into a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment strategy. Support execution of new work streams and help in auditing and reporting performance, regular review cadence with the PMO team to work on solutioning on repetitive ops issues.
- Provide ad-hoc support to regional Talent Acquisition (TA) and operations projects

Support TA RMs, regional PMs and recruiting teams on TA-wide initiatives as needed (eg: ID&E, strategic initiatives, RC, All-Hands). Performs administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the TA organization.
- Performs periodic audits of TA files, database and internal resources (wiki) to ensure that all documents are up to date.
- Experience managing high volume contracts and vendor management
- Experience in high frequency communications with cross departmental teams and external partners
- Demonstrated written communication skills - able to write, clearly and succinctly
- Proven ownership and bias for action; willing to move quickly and decisively to resolve issues
- Project and/or program management experience
