- Lead the APJC team of consultants, enabling the delivery of offerings for leaders and their teams in virtual, live, and hybrid settings.
- Bring support and passion for the current team offerings to help Cisco teams navigate significant change, build trust, and ignite the outstanding strengths of each team member.
- Work with leaders (including executives), especially in APJC, to design workshops and experiences that focus on establishing teams and unlocking the collective excellence of the team.
- Partner with APJC business and P&C leaders for strong collaboration, listening and partnerships.
- Co-design and partner with other P&C functions to craft new team solutions and offerings for all of Cisco. Co-design and support go-to-market, communication, and organizational change efforts to ensure the success and enterprise-wide adoption of new team solutions and offerings.
- Partner with AMER and EMEAR team leads for a cohesive team and client experience.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to work in a constantly evolving business environment that includes a significant level of ambiguity and complexity
- Create an environment of growth and trust for the APJC team consultants
- Industry knowledge and expertise in leadership & team development
- Prior experience facilitating teams through tough and sensitive conversations
- Prior experience working in a large company with a global workforce
- Ability to quickly adapt to the changing needs of our business - strategic thinker, strong executor
- Ability to build trust with leaders and their teams to create momentum and get work done in a quick and efficient manner
- Desired Skills:
- Good team leadership - supporting and enabling your team with empathy.
- Innovative, creative and organized with an agile thinking approach to design HR solutions that align with Cisco’s shift to a hybrid working environment
- People & team consulting
- Coaching and facilitation experience, certification preferred
- Design thinking
- HR program design & management
**OUR MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE**:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Leader & Team Development, People Consulting, Organizational Development, Organizational Change or Organizational Behavioral Sciences
- Coaching certification preferred
