Summary of theposition:

 The Payroll andOperations Specialist is a key member of the HR team who willreport to the Compensation & BenefitsManager.

 He/She will be responsible forprocessing the monthly payroll & accounting entries, benefitsadministration and ensuring data accuracy in the HRIS system.

 He/she will review HR policy and ensureday-to-day handling of HR matters are compliant with the Bank'sguidelines and regulatoryrequirements.

Mainresponsibilities:

1. Payroll,Benefits Administration and Operations

 SupportHR operations in managing end-to-end payroll and ensuring theaccurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.

 Manage employee benefits programs relating tohealth insurance, claims, leaves etc. Maintain accurate benefitsrecord and ensure timely processing of enrolments, changes andterminations.

 Coordinate and manage timelysubmission of all mandatory surveys from government and regulatorybodies. Prepare and submit monthly reports including headcounts forvalidation.

 Process and follow up on allgovernment related claims such as NS, childcare, maternity,paternity claims.

 Provide advice on HRpolicies, procedures and address payroll and benefits relatedqueries.

2. ProjectManagement

 Assist with the execution ofglobal, regional and local HR projects from initiation tocompletion, ensuring alignment with project timeline and the Bank'sgoals/objectives.

3. Legal and RegulatoryResponsibilities

• Comply withall applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliancerequirements, including, but not limited to, the SingaporeCompliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issuedfrom time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, butnot limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraudincluding reporting obligations to the Money Laundering ReportingOfficer.

• Maintain appropriate knowledge toensure to be fully qualified to undertake therole.

• Complete all mandatory training asrequired to attain and maintaincompetency.

4.Requirements

 Bachelor's degreein Human Resources, Business Administration or Accounting relatedfield.

 At least 2 years' hands on experiencein HR payroll and benefits administration

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data,conduct benchmarking studies, analyze market trends and makedata-driven recommendations.

 Good knowledge ofemployment laws, regulations and HR bestpractices.

 Positive mindset with a passion fordriving change, continuous improvement, and staying ahead ofindustry trends.

 Ability to prioritize, workunder pressure, and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.

 Excellent written andcommunication skills.
