**What does the Payroll Specialist do at DNDTS?**
As a Payroll specialist, you will work closely with management in driving payroll for over 70 employees across Singapore effectively. You will also be setting up best practices within the HR team specifically payroll and improving on past processes. You will also be in-charge of managing employees attendance, overtime, claims, leave and if KPIs are met, month over month.
Collaborating with the HR Manager to identify gaps and areas for improvement for the organisation.
On a day to day basis:
- Accurately process monthly payroll, including overtime, claims, incentives, and allowances
- Directly troubleshoot daily bottlenecks across attendance, claims, leave and KPIs in improving employee experience.
- Develop and implement payroll processes and tools.
- Handle government-related and tax-related submissions with precision and punctuality.
- Address all internal and external payroll-related inquiries and taxation issues promptly.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll management.
- Proficient understanding of statutory payroll regulations.
- Meticulous, able to work under tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Have experience managing payroll for contract/freelance/part-time employees (preferred not a must but must be willing to take on the challenge).
