We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Operations Specialist to join our team at STIE PTE. LTD.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of working experience, with at least 1-2 years in payroll-related roles.

In this position, you will be responsible for processing payroll, coordinating with the HR team, maintaining employee records, ensuring data confidentiality and security, preparing reports, and submitting government claims.

You will also respond to HR queries about payroll and help resolve any discrepancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • O-level, A-level or diploma holder
  • Minimum 3-4 years of working experience
  • At least 1-2 years of payroll-related experience
  • Attention to details and meticulousness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel for payroll calculations
