**Finance & Payroll Specialist (Part-time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Finance and Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll for our clients and our company, as well as the financial operations of our company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

As a Finance and Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial well-being of our organization. You will be responsible for processing payroll, managing employee benefits, reconciling financial data, and preparing financial reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial information is accurately recorded and reported.

**Responsibilities (Payroll)**
- Process monthly payroll (internal and external), ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of paychecks
- Submission of IR21, NSmen make-up pay, and Government-paid-leave (if any)
- Submit monthly CPF contributions and process year-end IR8A for submission to IRAS via AIS (Auto-Inclusion System)
- Calculate and maintenance of Employees’ Leave Record
- Keep track of hourly rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees, management and clients
- Prepare payroll and management reports
- Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, etc
- Ensure compliance with CPF, Income Tax and MOM regulations
- Submission of MOM surveys

**Responsibilities (Finance)**
- Posting of accounting entries, prepare journals and fixed assets schedules
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Bank reconciliation and other balance sheet schedules)
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing support and analysis.
- Quarterly submission of GST
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation concerning the preparation of the Financial Statement and reporting
- Issuing sales invoices and process suppliers payments
- To liaise with Company Secretary and Tax Agent on accounts filing and tax matters
- To liaise with Taiwan accountant for Taiwan Branch accounting and finance matters

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration and finance
- Strong understanding of Singapore payroll procedures, tax regulations, and financial systems
- Comfortable using payroll software and financial management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of relevant payroll and financial regulations and legislation
