Job Title: Payroll Specialist Leader

As a Payroll Specialist Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 150 employees. Your key roles and responsibilities will include managing monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Verify and compute overtime, allowances, deductions, CPF contributions, and other payroll-related components.
  • Prepare payroll reports, IR8A/IR21 forms, and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
  • Manage employee records related to payroll, including leave, claims, and attendance data.
  • Handle government claims (e.g., NS, maternity/paternity leave, childcare leave) and ensure timely reimbursements.
  • Liaise with HR and Finance departments to resolve discrepancies or queries related to payroll.
  • Stay updated on MOM regulations, CPF policies, and any payroll-related statutory changes.
  • Support audits and ensure confidentiality of all payroll information.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of end-to-end payroll experience.
