We are looking for a
Senior Payroll Specialist to make a difference and be part of our digital transformation
Overview:
This role will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of inhouse payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring full compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate should be familiar with statutory regulations, income tax, and the implications relating to international employee transfers, severance schemes and new payroll policies.
This role is part of the regional payroll team that administrates payroll for 16 countries, reporting to the Regional Payroll Leader.
What will you do?
Manage the full spectrum of inhouse payroll processing across multiple countries; Singapore, Philippines and Australia. This includes periodic payroll activities (eg.monthly/quarterly/annual) such as employee income tax filing and year end statutory adjustments.
Partner with Payroll Processors to ensure payroll deliverables, payroll timelines and payroll accuracy are met. Ensure compliance with work processes, internal controls, company policies and legislative policies.
