Senior Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a qualified Payroll Specialist to join our team.
This is a permanent opportunity within the payroll department and senior positions can be considered for candidates with more experience. We are also hiring for other finance departments.
The successful applicant will have strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service and work effectively as part of a team.
- GCE O Level or Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of payroll or related experience preferred.

About the Role- Maintain complete and updated employee records relating to remuneration.
- Perform payroll processing, review and analyse variances in manpower expenses.
- Involved in month-end closing and reconciliation, process staff claims and IR8A filings.
- Prepare CPF contribution reports and handle refunds if any.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
- Handle employees' enquiries and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned.
- A strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-transactional environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
