We are looking for a Payroll Specialist

The responsibilities are as follows:

- Timely and accurate entry of timesheet data into the company payroll system within the agreed SLA
- Completion of new starter activity with the setup of new employed contractors and relevant cost centre coding
- End to end ownership of the full payroll cycle, including pro-active preparation of the payroll allowing payroll to be processed on time
- Ensure all payroll processes comply with the Singapore Employment Law and statutory requirements
- Leave Management - ensure all absences are accurately recorded in TeamSeer. When off-boarding, confirm the remaining leave balance to be encashed and process in final payroll
- Running of Contract Payrolls for all APAC entities as per the payment schedule, ensuring invoices are paid within payment terms
- Supply the payment advice to Payroll Companies on the day payment is processed
- Processing of ad hoc payments to Payroll Companies (accommodation/ BUPA/ flights)
- First point of contact for Employed Contractor Payroll & Contract Payments related queries, managing the relevant Payroll mailboxes
- Proactively contact Contractors or Payroll Companies for any queries in relation to timesheets
- Provide missing timesheet reports and ensure Sales and Contractor Care follow up on missing timesheets
- Collaborate with Managed Accounts to ensure Payrolls and Contract Payroll payments are reconciled.

If you are/have.......
- Looking for experience (>2years) of experience
- Able to manage stakeholders and understand their requirements
- Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure
- Able to produce and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation, scheduling and reporting
- Excellent self-organisation and diary-management to ensure all activities are scheduled and completed on time to avoid any risk exposure to the business
- Bonus: Have work in a recruitment or contract industry (not a must have)
