About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our team and take on a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our HR functions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on payroll processing, time and attendance systems, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise on payroll processing and time and attendance systems.
  • Support the implementation of new HR systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures related to payroll and benefits.
  • Liaise with payroll vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll processing and benefits administration.
