Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for the review and execution of benefits and payroll administration related duties. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head, HR Service Excellence and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and accurate processing of benefits and payroll matters.
**Job Description**:
- Benefits administration including but not limited to staff benefit processing, medical enrolment, share plan processing.-
- Support the efficient and high quality execution of payroll processing.- Handle CPF processing, income tax reporting, NS claims, government paid leave matters.- Attend to benefits and payroll specific staff inquiries with a customer service mindset.

Competencies & Personal Traits- Must possess a strong sense of urgency and thrive in a fast paced environment.- Analytical, meticulous, with good planning and prioritization skills- Customer centric and effective interpersonal skills.- Curious with a continuous process improvement mindset.
Working Experience- At least 2 years of direct experience in benefits administration.- Good knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
Education- Diploma and/or Degree in any field of study
