We are seeking a skilled HR Payroll Specialist to join our team. As an HR Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
You will process and manage the company's payroll, ensuring accuracy of bank details and timely submission of bank files. You will also investigate, analyze, and resolve payroll issues that may arise.
Additionally, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll computation and ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations. You will maintain and update employee payroll information, including salaries, deductions, and benefits.
You will review and validate timesheets, work hours and attendance records. You will handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
You will prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports as required. You will create workflow and process enhancements as needed.
You will coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processes. You will stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
