**Responsibilities**:

- To be responsible for the timely and accurate monthly processing and submission of payroll.
- To be responsible for the bi-monthly processing and submission of the part-timers payroll.
- To ensure the timely and accurate computation of all allowances and overtime payable or deductible.
- To be responsible for creating profiles and E-modules settings for all new joiners.
- To be responsible for all the creation of the different shift codes in the E-modules of the HR systems and ensure that it reflects the correct codes for the respective brands or outlets.
- To prepare and ensure the accurate computation of all resignee’s last payment.
- To prepare and submit for IR21 clearance for foreign worker.
- To assist in the administration of the attendance records of the Operations Office.
- To assist in collating and providing data for the monthly HR reports.
- To assist in the yearly preparation of IR8A for full timers and part timers.
- To maintain knowledge of legal requirements affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance
- To be responsible for the proper administration and documentation of all HR records.
- To attend to all employee queries/clarifications on HR related issues with a sense of urgency.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma preferably in a HR discipline
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- TMS software experience

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
