Job Overview

As a seasoned Payroll and Human Resources professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate processing of employee payroll records, ensuring timely compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your expertise in payroll matters will be invaluable to our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process payroll records for 100+ employees, including data entry, calculation, and submission of CPF files and IR8A forms.
  2. Verify and maintain employee attendance records, overtime hours, and ensure accurate payment of wages.
  3. Coordinate HR operations, including training and development programs, and handle employee inquiries and issues.
  4. Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts, policies, and handbooks, ensuring all employee data is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements

We seek candidates with excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and experience in HR cum Payroll roles. You must be comfortable handling confidential information and possess strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
