**SUMMARY**
You will be providing high quality HR services including payroll processing to our clients. As a HR professional, you shall serve as a consultant on human resources-related issues, and provide the solutions. You will formulate strong business partnership with clients to deliver value-added service to meet the business objectives.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Responsible for performing the full suite of HR services including payroll processing and administration
- Ensure all payments are processed in compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
- Prepare monthly payroll reports, claim documents and perform reconciliation
- Identify, investigate and solve payroll discrepancies
- Handle employee’s queries on all payroll related matters promptly
- Other ad-hoc duties or assignments
**ESSENTIAL QUALITIES**:
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience with proven track records in payroll processing
- Solid knowledge of Singapore’s employment legislation and statutory requirements
- Ability to strive in a fast paced and results-oriented environment requiring a high degree of flexibility whilst retaining business disciplines
- Able to work independently by establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situation and documentations
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
