Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team at ST Recruitment Centre. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing payroll matters, ensuring timely and efficient data processing, and maintaining accurate attendance and overtime hours.
Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Enter and maintain accurate payroll records in accordance with company policies and government regulations.
- Payroll Calculation: Calculate employee salaries, benefits, and other compensation components.
- Attendance and Overtime Verification: Verify employee attendance and overtime hours to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- HR Operations Reports: Generate comprehensive reports on HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and benefits.
- CPF and Tax Submissions: Prepare and submit files for CPF and tax clearance to relevant authorities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication abilities, be able to work independently, and have experience with data analysis and payroll management.
