**Duties**
- Take charge of Final settlement with employees and day to day payroll queries
- Take charge of all Payroll related system troubleshooting with vendors
- Data entry of Overtime in Time Management System
- Data entry of Leave such as Sick Leave, Hospitalization Leave, Annual Leave etc. in E-Leave system
- Liaise with Oms for new joiners’ roster and roster discrepancies
- Preparation of payroll reports such as Overtime, Leave entitlement/balance, monthly payroll report and payroll variance report
- Administrator the staff benefits
**Requirements**:
- At least a Diploma from local Polytechnic
- At least 2 year experience in payroll and benefits
