**Responsibilities**
- Manage and process payroll transactions, including salaries, bonuses, taxes, and other deductions
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
- Administer employee benefits plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefit programs
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to payroll and benefits
- Respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries in a timely and accurate manner
- Work with HR and other internal teams to maintain accurate employee records, including payroll and benefits data
- Coordinate payroll and benefits reporting and analysis as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
- Strong working knowledge of payroll processing and tax laws
- Experience with HRIS and payroll software
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
