We are looking for a **Payroll & HR Operations Specialist** to manage payroll and drive operational efficiency in the HR organization across SEA.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

**Payroll**
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, India via third-party payroll service provider in the region
- Ensure payroll processes are aligned with host country’s employment act, regulations, guidelines as well as internal policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate payroll records
- Assist with post-payroll reports for financial reporting such as journal entry and reconciliation reports to HQ
- Ensure prompt statutory submission and payments and annual tax filing for Singapore and overseas countries
- Claim for reimbursement from the government (NS Claim, Maternity, Childcare, Paternity etc.)
- Leave Management
- Handle off boarding process
- Support payroll audits
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**HR Operations**
- Maintain personnel records in the internal system and ensure that they are up-to-date
- Attend to employees’ queries on HR-related matters
- Participate in various statutory and ad-hoc surveys
- Handle employee documents such as HR-related letters, letters

**Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, accurate, meticulous eye for detail
- Able to speak and write in English and Chinese to communicate chinese counterpart
- One year working experience in full scope of payroll service preferred
- Good knowledge of local legislation and statutory practices
- Able to work as a team as well as independently
