Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments.
- Work closely with business development manager to manage corporate registration.
- Sending email confirmations, update client on learner's attendance and results.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including filing, scanning, and archiving learners documents.
- Manage assessment booking dates at least 3 weeks in advance. Ensuring learners sign acknowledgement form (COA) to attend assessment and withdrawal.
- Ensure in-house results are uploaded manually to TPG.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in administrative roles.
- Familiarity with Training Partner Gateway (TPG) and training management system will be preferred.
