Training Administration Executive

We are looking for a Training Administration Executive to support the coordination and management of training courses and assessments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a training management system.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and manage short course runs in the Training Management System (TMS).
- Book classrooms and trainers, ensuring updated records in the system.
- Create and manage classes for Academic Programmes, including:Formatting and uploading timetables.
Verifying and checking schedule accuracy. - Coordinate assessment logistics:Schedule assessment runs, book venues, and arrange invigilators.
- Publish course runs on the website.
- Handle logistics for confirmed training sessions.
- Notify trainers, schools, and PAs of confirmed sessions.
- Confirm trainer appointments and communicate necessary details.
- Place refreshment orders with vendors as required.
- Arrange air-conditioning (if needed) for training sessions.
- Manage cancellations, including updating TMS and informing stakeholders.
- Compile and prepare monthly reports on training courses and programmes.
- ITE Certificate or higher, or relevant working experience.
- Good proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills to liaise with trainers and stakeholders.
- Basic ICT skills and familiarity with training management systems.
- A team player with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
