Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Assist in the preparation of administrative matters with regard to conduct of WSQ trainings.
  • Use of company's Training Management System (TMS) in the notification and communication with clients and participants.
  • Use of Skillsfuture Singapore (SSG) Training Partner's Gateway (TP Gateway) to transact training grant matters.
  • Liaise and communicate with various related organisations (i.e SCDF, MOM, SSG, WSHC, etc) with regards to training matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. ITE or O Levels or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Office Skills a must.
  • Able to start work in short notice.
  • Experience in performing submission work to SCDF, MOM & SSG advantageous.

Working Hours:

Weekdays – 8.30am to 6.00pm
