Head of Sales

Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct the company's sales and marketing initiatives.
- Lead and manage the sales and customer service teams to meet revenue targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance performance.
- Establish individual sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Stay informed about new product launches and ensure the sales team is well-prepared.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of sales processes to drive business growth through innovative strategies.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews
- Perform market research to identify potential clients and proactively pursue new business opportunities.
- Assess client needs and develop/implement effective sales strategies.
- Foster relationships with prospective clients while maintaining strong partnerships with existing ones.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Adjust pricing strategies based on cost fluctuations, competitive landscape, and market demand.
- Expand the product portfolio by introducing new offerings and optimizing existing ones to align with customer needs, ensuring high visibility for priority products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
- Manage the marketing budget and associated expenditures.
- Communicate upcoming promotions, events, and campaigns to customers and distributors in a timely manner.
- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of various sales and marketing projects.
- Monitor customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for expansion and improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or account management, with a strong track record of success.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and product positioning.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and achieve targets.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Financial acumen and strategic business awareness.
