Head of Sales

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and develop our company's sales team, formulate and execute sales strategies, expand market share, enhance brand influence, and achieve business growth objectives. The ideal candidate should possess extensive sales experience in the skincare industry, have a deep understanding of personalized beauty concepts, be able to lead a team and provide guidance, and take responsibility for sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to ensure achievement of company sales targets and business growth
- Lead, train, and develop the sales team, enhancing their sales skills and product knowledge
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, develop new sales channels and market opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitive situations, adjusting sales strategies to maintain competitive advantage
- Monitor sales data, regularly conduct sales analysis and reporting, providing decision support for management
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure sales activities align with brand philosophy
- Participate in developing product pricing strategies, optimizing product combinations to maximize sales revenue
- Plan and execute sales activities, including product displays, promotional campaigns, and customer experience events
- Establish effective customer feedback mechanisms, collecting and analyzing customer needs and suggestions
- Over 5 years of sales experience in skincare or related beauty industries, with at least 2 years in management
- In-depth understanding of personalized skincare and hair care products, familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, capable of motivating sales teams to achieve targets
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, able to establish good relationships with clients at all levels
- Strong analytical capabilities, able to interpret sales data and make strategic adjustments
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
- Innovative thinking, able to propose unique sales strategies and solutions
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools
- Good project management and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, business management, or related fields
