We are seeking an experienced Head of HRIS and HR Analytics to lead our human resources information systems (HRIS) team and the People Analytics function within the organization.


As the Head, you will be responsible for both overseeing the design, implementation, maintenance of our HRIS infrastructure as well as developing the organizational strategy for people data, including data governance, tools, technology, and team development. Your dual roles will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring data accuracy, and driving process improvements. The primary goal is to support effective data-driven decision-making throughout the organization by providing timely insights.


Main Responsibilities

● Develop and implement the organizational strategy for people data, and HRIS,

ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

● Play a hands-on role in developing data tools that enhance HR processes and decision-making.

● Oversee the implementation and integration of HRIS software.

● Continuously improve HR processes through technology enhancements.

● Collaborate with vendors to enhance system capabilities.

● Ensure accurate and secure storage of employee data.

● Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance.

● Lead and manage people data analysts and HRIS team to support HR analytics initiatives.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize analytics initiatives.

● Perform advanced data analysis to extract meaningful insights from HR data.

● Compile and present comprehensive reports on HR metrics to senior management.


Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

● Proven track record in leadership roles.

● Strong knowledge of HRIS software, databases, analytics, and reporting.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex HR challenges.

● Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for HR and

business leaders.
