HRIS Business Analyst Expert

We are seeking a skilled HRIS Business Analyst Expert to reinforce and develop our Application Services, specializing in SuccessFactors.
Job Summary
- Maintain HRIS solutions: Ensure the continuity and optimization of SuccessFactors solutions, including ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
- Requirements gathering: Provide expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements and generating technical solutions.
- Functional testing support: Support functional testing processes to ensure the solutions meet business needs and specifications.
- Project support: Assist in SuccessFactors projects and functional implementations.
- Stakeholder communication: Facilitate effective communication between business units, DS, and external IT partners to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project management: Lead and deliver small projects related to SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
- Continuous learning: Stay updated on the latest developments in SuccessFactors, other HRIS solutions and industry trends.
- Documentation: Ensure comprehensive and clear documentation of SuccessFactors system configurations and processes.

Compensation and Benefits
Attractive salary package corresponding to your experience level (approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per year) including a company car. Flexible home office policy and many possibilities of evolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or relevant field.
- 3-7 years of experience as a business analyst with strong functional and analytical skills.
- Experience with SuccessFactors is a significant asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
