We are looking for a HRIS Analyst to join us on a 6 month contract.
As a Guru you will be accountable for:
- Overseeing daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
- Serving as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues. Providing timely and accurate information and support on HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Maintaining and updating the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in employee records and generating necessary reports.
- Supporting payroll processing and benefits administration. Ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution and addressing employee benefits inquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
- Identifying opportunities for improving HR processes and systems. Implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events. Supporting efforts to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
We're looking for someone who:
- Demonstrates extensive experience in managing HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. Familiarity with HR best practices and procedures.
- Exhibits strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide supportive and responsive HR services to employees.
- Proficient in using HRIS and other HR technology solutions. Comfortable with generating reports and managing data accuracy.
- Exhibits strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in HR documentation, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
