Payroll Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Process – Manage end-to-end payroll for an organization with 500+ employees, including salary pro-ration for new hires and resignations, monthly CPF submissions and refunds, NS and Government Paid Leave claims, processing transport and dental claims, verifying bank details, and timely submission of bank files. Provide payroll GL to the finance team for reconciliation, file IR21 for foreign employees upon resignation, and handle annual IR8A submissions.
Coordinate – Collaborate with HR business partners to gather necessary data and inputs for relevant payroll elements.
Investigate – Identify data inaccuracies in payroll systems, report issues to managers and clients, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Audit – Maintain secure archival of payroll files to support annual and ad-hoc audit requirements.
Communicate – Respond to employee and client queries via email in a clear, concise, and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll and/or claims processing, preferably with SAP knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
