Must have payroll experience

Job Duties:

  • Handle end-to-end processing of monthly payroll computation for all staff (approximately 300–350 employees), ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Maintain and update employees' personal files in the system.
  • Process and verify overtime, bonuses, and other variable pay elements in accordance with company policies.
  • Generate payroll reports and provide analytical insights to support management decision-making.
  • Handle employee payroll-related inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory filings, including CPF contributions, IR8A, IR21, and other statutory claims.
  • Assist with payroll-related audits, ensuring accuracy, up-to-date documentation, and readily available data.
  • Support in leave administration, attendance management, and employee benefits administration.

Requirement:

  • 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration, with expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HRIS management.
  • Familiarity with the Employment Act, CPF Act, and other statutory requirements and legislation.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll system.
