Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll administration for staff, ensuring timely salary pay-out.

    • Calculate CPF and submit relevant documents.

    • Respond to employees' inquiries regarding payroll, allowances, and CPF.

    • Liaise with HR Manager on other allowances payment.

    • Manage statutory submissions, payments, and government claims processing.

    • Maintain HRIS system and work with system provider to ensure changes/updates are fully tested and implemented.

    • Forecast manpower cost and report for management review.

    • Provide payroll-related information for internal and external audits.

    • Prepare employment-related reports as required by directors for internal and external use.

    • Process tax-related matters for employees.

    • Complete surveys required by various government agencies pertaining to human resources.

    • Calculate and project foreign manpower quota balance & local manpower growth.

    • Update and maintain employee records, including employment contracts, personal information, and other documents.

    • Exercise understanding of Employment Law to ensure proper HR procedures execution without violating statutory requirements.

    • Liaise effectively with finance department to ensure proper payroll and HR practices execution.

    • Manage teacher leaves, including sick leaves and annual leaves.

    • Execute other tasks as instructed by COO.

Hiring Criteria:

  • University degree in any discipline, preferably in human resources management, finance, or business administration.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements, including MOM, CPF, and IRAS.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Talenox or any payroll processing software is preferred.
